I always know to expect that fall is the busy season, but this year has been a doozy. two weddings, countless mini sessions, and my trusty laptop deciding to retire in the middle of it all. wheeeee! there are still a few more sessions on my calendar for 2018... but the finish line is in sight. i am very much looking forward to some downtime at the end of december to spend with my children and husband, who are too often neglected while i spend evenings and weekends taking care of my clients. i'm grateful for their support - without it, i couldn't do what i love.  i love being a family photographer.   thank you for trusting me to capture your memories. i can't wait to see you in 2019.

Just a quick post to put it out there that although my mini session days for this fall are sold out, I do have several one-hour openings left this fall which can be used for one-hour family sessions OR build-your-own mini sessions (find a friend to book a mini session with you, and you both get the mini session rate at the location of your choice!)    Send me an email with what you have in mind and I'll get you a list of my availability! PS:  I always have room for newborns -- if you have a little one on the way, let me know your due date and I'll fit you in when you get home!

I followed little Catherine all over the grounds of Cylburn Arboretum last spring when they were a family of three. Meeting her new baby sister in their home this fall was such a joy - such sweet moments between two sisters!

Got to see this family one last time before they headed west - Christine contacted me for an in-home session, to honor the place where their family began. Wishing them all the best in their NEW home!
